Payment

Order Processing:
We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days of receipt of the order. Please note that we are closed on weekends, so orders that are placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be received and processed until the following Monday.

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments.
Orders and data transmission is secured and encrypted by GeoTrust. We do not store Credit Card information.

Shipping
Shipping is done via UPS and can be sent to a street address only. Shipping is not available to a P.O. Box.
Organic India, USA now offers great flat-rate shipping!

We normally ship using Priority Mail International. These delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. The invoice you receive from the office via email will have the shipping method clearly stated. For expedited shipping, please call the office to make arrangements.

* Organic India USA is not responsible for any lost or damaged items on international shipping, and will not refund their cost.

* Organic India USA is not responsible for international customs rejection of any part of or the complete order.

* In case an order is returned to Organic India USA in re-stockable condition, we will refund the product cost only, we do not refund shipping costs.
